In this role, you will p rovide assistance for a variety of administrative functions while reporting to the Team Leader, National Auto Appraisal.

What can you expect in this role?

Process a variety of documents including salvage information and ownership transfers Verify all documents and forms to ensure they are completed as per Economical Insurance and applicable provincial transportation guidelines Validate and complete the required salvage inventory along with the required documentation Actively monitor the cycle for salvage recoveries, including tracking, processing and pick-ups as required Act as the key point of contact for the internal central mailbox and related recovery salvage tasks Understand and monitor salvage and theft logs, updating with accurate information Using approvals, issue payments and enter remittances related to salvage process Other general administrative duties as assigned What do you bring to the role?

University degree/college diploma preferred Extremely organized, able to manage multiple priorities expertly Proficient with document management systems, as well as the of document imaging systems Strong keyboarding skills/data entry and able to navigate through numerous screens quickly and efficiently Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS Word and Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with excellent collaboration skills Able to perform well in a busy operation and remain calm under pressure Team player adaptable to a changing environment, professional, friendly and courteous in all interactions, whether with customers or co-workers We also take potential into consideration.
