Service team members are required to travel frequently throughout Ontario and Quebec.

We offer competitive salary packages, an incredible work environment and career advancement opportunities.Responsibilities:Responsible for on-site customer service, assist and repair and prospective business developmentComplete on-site customer preventative maintenance, machine installations and repairsRepair electrical, electronic & industrial control systems, as well as any other related devicesDiagnose and restore any electro-mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical equipmentComplete field service reports for all work performedRead and understand blueprints, drawings and schematics to decide the layout of industrial mechanical and electrical equipment as well as machine installationsTrain and support customers while maintaining excellent customer serviceRequirements:Must be legally permitted to work in Canada5 years experience in the installation and/or maintenance of metalworking machines like presses, shearing, rolling, mills and lathesValid CofQ for Ontario, Quebec or Interprovincial (CNC, Millwright, or other relevant ticket)Strong electrical and mechanical skills (industrial automated systems and schematics)Knowledge and understanding of robotic automation processesStrong knowledge of Microsoft Suite productsTravel within Canada, mainly the GTA and surrounding areas directly from home to client sitesBenefits:Commitment to work-life balanceCompany supplied uniformCompetitive salaryDental, medical, paramedical and life insurance coverageFree parking
