FPI Inspector

We are currently looking for FPI (Fluorescent Liquid Inspection) inspectors of all levels: level 1, level 1 and level 2 training.

Your tasks?

Trainee

a) The trainee must actively participate in an FPI training program in order to complete the training within a specified time frame.
b) Obtain experience under direct observation of a Level 2 or 3 in the same method.
c) Gain experience under direct observation of a Level 1 or instructor only if approved by the responsible Level 3.

Level 1
a) Be able to follow work instructions.
b) Have the skills and knowledge to process parts, document results and perform standardization of equipment in accordance with approved work instructions.
c) Have the skills and knowledge to perform any necessary preparation of parts before or after inspection in accordance with approved work instructions.
d) Have the skills and knowledge to perform system performance checks in accordance with the applicable process standard.
e) Have adequate knowledge of cleaning products and be aware of problems that occur when parts are not processed in a timely manner.
f) Receive guidance or supervision for this method from a certified Level 2 or 3.
g) Have the skills and knowledge to process parts, document results, and perform standardization of equipment according to approved work instructions.

Level 2

a) Have the skills and knowledge to install and standardize equipment, process parts, interpret and evaluate them for acceptance or rejection, and document results.
b) Have a thorough knowledge of the scope and limitations of the technique or method.
c) Have the skills and knowledge to perform system performance audits in accordance with the applicable process standard.
d) Be able to provide necessary guidance and/or supervision to trainees and Level 1 personnel.
e) Be familiar with the codes, standards, and other contractual documents that govern the method.
f) Have a basic knowledge of relevant manufacturing and product inspection technology.
