We are seeking a Manufacturing Leader at our Automation and Assembly division, who is focused on providing world-class technology solutions to our customers, leading the manufacturing of customized equipment such as Battery Tray Assembly and Battery Assembly and Test Systems, Leak Test Equipment, Industrial Parts Washers, and Material Handling Automation.

What you’ll get to do Ensure the on-time, quality delivery of all assigned projects, within budget and in a safe manner Participate in the design and manufacturing planning processes, including internal design reviews and project planning, and status meetings Prioritize and assign tasks of the project to achieve the project goals through a proactive planning process Be the internal/external contact on matters relating to work in progress on assigned projects Oversee timelines to ensure assembly, power on, programming, and internal and external buy-off schedules are met Work with the installation team to ensure adequate coverage of team members with knowledge of the project are capable and available to support at the customer’s location Manage manpower, employee morale, and training requirements Mentor/train new and existing team members What you bring Certification as a Toolmaker, Millwright, or Machinist, or equivalent experience 5 years of experience in machine tool building of customized automated equipment Strong leadership experience and skills – a “can do” attitude A mechanical aptitude that can troubleshoot, diagnose issues and identify solutions Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers Exceptional organizational, management, and communication skills Ability and willingness to travel internationally to customer locations A proven ability to work well within a team-based work environment, prioritizing plans of action to accomplish objectives What we offer An opportunity to work alongside, and learn from, a highly skilled team of professionals who are consistently recognized among the best in the industry Competitive health, dental, vision, employee assistance, and wellness benefits, beginning on the first day of employment Matching Contribution pension plan Internal development and promotion opportunities, both locally and globally Tuition Reimbursement Employee referral bonus program Social events and community engagement Customer and other marketplace discounts An inclusive and diverse work environment
