Check out this video to learn more about our Gas Service business https://www.siemens-energy.com/global/en/offerings/power-generation.html How You’ll Make an Impact Will manage the chemical additives in the waste stream to assure proper pH adjustment and metals precipitation of incoming wastewater Management of discharge volumes to maintain compliance with the permit limits; management of filter cake generated during the process; calibrations, emergency response and notifications, collection of water samples on a routine basis and as requested to assure compliance with the permit Perform specific maintenance activities on equipment to assure uninterrupted operation.

The individual shall also ensure timely reports and reporting to the regulators.

Will manage the main hazardous waste storage area and satellite storage areas.

Primary functions include: conducting routine, documented inspections of the waste containers and waste staging area(s); scheduling of waste pickups; signing of hazardous waste manifests and other applicable forms required in the proper management of the waste; organizing wastes in the holding area to assure incompatible wastes are kept separate; and, generally managing all waste, both hazardous and non-hazardous, in accordance with written policies and procedures and in accordance with applicable State and Federal regulations.

What You Bring High School Diploma or GED required 1 year or more of experience as a wastewater Operator required About the Team Through our Generation division, we enhance and innovate conventional and renewable power supply.

Currently, we’re reducing carbon emissions of existing assets and developing technologies that transform power generation applications.
