Summary
Under the authority of the Production Director, the supervisor mobilizes and supervises the employees of the entire plant on the evening shift in order to achieve operational objectives in terms of health and safety, quality and productivity.
Primary responsibilities
Plans and coordinates the daily work of employees in order to achieve the objectives of its area (production door and kits, thermo, distribution center and maintenance);
Apply and maintain regulations and programs related to health and safety at work, personnel management, training, quality control and maintenance of equipment;
Maintaining the workflow to meet the guidelines of the planning while respecting the health and safety of employees, labor relations and standards of quality and efficiency;
Recommends measures to increase productivity and improve work methods involved in the continuous improvement process and promotes the use of techniques and methods such as the 6S, TPM, and 5 why etc..;
Participates in various committees and projects;
Professional skills/Qualifications
1) Minimum level of education and/or specialization:
Ø DEC
2) Minimum relevant experience required:
Ø 5 to 10 years.
