Role Summary


Hourly Rate: $27.93 (after 3 month Probation period) 


The successful candidate will work in a fast paced, automotive manufacturing, maintenance department.  Responsible for sourcing required maintenance, repair and operating supplies based on quality, price delivery and service for Polycon.

Key Responsibilities

– Responsible for purchasing, administering, storing, and keeping an inventory of maintenance parts
– Provide accurate paperwork, reports and information for Maintenance Department
– Identify, prioritize and respond to information quickly and accurately on critical parts
– Complete all necessary Polycon and customer paperwork 
– Coordinate all part testing and checks

Key Qualifications/Requirements

– Minimum Grade 12 education with focus on math & English skills
– Previous experience in a customer service/administrative role required
– Previous experience with Mapics (or similar system) and Microsoft Excel required
– Knowledge of mechanical & electrical parts an asset
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
– Must be self-motivated and professional
– Strong computer skills; MS Office, Outlook etc
– Ability to work on own with minimal supervision 
– Must have proven problem solving and decision making skills
