Production Supervisor

Our client, a cooperative operating in the food industry, is looking for a Production Supervisor for its factory located near Saint-Anselme.

Main tasks:

• Supervise and follow-up on production and processing.
• Manage a night team in sanitation and production (15 employees).
• Intervene to promote good practices by upholding HACCP standards.
• Ensure continuous improvement of OHS.
• Use the CMMS to perform maintenance.
• Carry out any other related tasks.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of HACCP standards and experience in the food industry.
• AEC in management or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience supervising food production.
• Have good OHS practices.
• Computer knowledge.
• Experience working with CMMS (asset).
• Good spoken and written French.
