Job description

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to work at a multinationale company in Boucherville effective immediately.

Job responsibilities

* Report to the plant manager
* Schedule production
* Transmit to his team the production objectives
* Team supervision on his dedicated shift
* Apply security procedures with his team
* Check that quality standards are respected
* Live production monitoring to ensure objectives are met
* Identify and resolve production efficiency issues
* Develop continuous improvement projects on production lines
* Integrate and train new employees
* Perform other tasks related to the job post

Professionnal skills

– Organized and good interpersonal skills
– Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a supervision position
– French native speaker – English
– Bachelor in industrial engineering
