* PRODUCTION WORKER (Small Diameter) – Nights

The Company
Our client is a top leader with many years’ of experience in manufacturing of custom tubing components.

Position Summary
• You will be required to work in various departments
• You will need to check that quality meets all product expectations according to specific work orders
• Complete production logs and reports as required
• Monitor by regular and routine inspections

Skills and Knowledge
• Demonstrates responsibility, initiative and good attitude
• Good communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Demonstrates the ability to troubleshoot on the bench by being aware of deficiencies
• Able to maintain good working relationships with coworkers and supervisors
• Heavy lifting up to 50lbs
• Mechanical Aptitude: Draw Bench, straightness machine and de-burring machine
• Tools: using pneumatic gun, saw, hammer, overhead crane, power washer
• Measurement: using micrometer, shadowgraph, tape measurement and digital length measurement
• Manual dexterity, attention to detail and good hand/eye coordination

Working Environment
• Manufacturing environment
• Hot, noisy environment
• Steel toed safety shoes, and all personal protective equipment
