This is a Full-time position in Winnipeg, MB posted July 13, 2019.

Our client is one of the leading printing and packaging companies in Manitoba.

They produce flexible packaging solutions for a variety of markets and products.

They have been in operation since 2000 Manpower is currently seeking Production Workers (12 Hour Shifts) for wide variety of shifts that starts July 2019 and August 2019.

What we offer: Hourly Wages: $12.50 (Morning Shifts)
– $13.25 (Overnight Shifts) 40 Hours/Weekly Fast Phase Environment Over Time

In order to qualify for this role, it is vital that you: Be available from Monday through Sunday Must be able to work 5 Days a week Must be able to work 12 Hour Continental Shifts
– Rotates every Two weeks Must have own vehicle however there is Bus Routes and Schedules Able to Pass a Background Check Must have Steel Toed Boots High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of experience as Warehouse or Production Must be able to work in St.

Boniface Industrial Park Essential Functions Your responsible for checking the labels against the docket to ensure correct labels are on fills in SPC checklist Qualified candidates collects hourly samples for Quality Control and Graphics department Responsible for ensuring correct boxes are at the machine, make boxes and labels as needed for their shift and signs product label of each box produced with employee number.

Responsible for catching defects on bags/pouches in correct bundles and ensures packaged as per quality boards Ensures quality of products meet Client standards.

Any defects (print, lamination, slitting) are informed to the operator, coordinator and manager.

Assists operator in any functions required (i.

e.

cleaning, gathering tools or products) Maintains a safe and clean work environment Additional responsibilities will be added.
