STEEL LOADER – Leduc, Alberta
Summary of the Position:
Under the authority of the plant superintendent, the steel loader must unload trailers with hoisting apparatus, and make stacks with crude steel in a safe and strategic way. He/she must prepare the load for the expedition and respect priorities as well as the size /weight guidelines on the loading list. All necessary duties related to this position must be adequately met.
Your tasks:
-loading/unloading trailer
-bundle making, organizing the yard
-operating the overhead crane & driving side loader
-overhead crane & forklift ticket an asset
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have overhead crane and forklift experience. Shop experience is an asset.
Shift: Day shift
Entry level wage: $23,05/hr
Start date: ASAP
Overhead crane and forklift experience and shop experience are assets.
