YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop parametric models and work in collaboration with the development teams to analyze the fair value of components during the development process
- Participate in the development and the optimization of models and value analysis tools as well as the group orientations
- Consolidate and present the results of analyses and of the implementation of initiatives to management and to different BRP sites
- Lead activities surrounding the implementation of the DtQC (Design to Quality and Cost) methodology and suggest improvement projects
- Support the different product development teams in achieving our margin improvement objectives
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Technical or Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, operations management or any other field with relevant experience
- Minimum of five to seven (5 to 7) years of experience in the manufacturing sector
- Knowledge of cost accounting and cost estimation
- Good understanding of different commercial aspects
- In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing and the Six Sigma methodology
- Good knowledge of Windows applications
