This is a Contract position in Sherbrooke, QC posted November 15, 2022.

Your tasks will include:

  • Reading plans and completing work according to the instructions of the models being built
  • Assembling and welding vehicle parts and other products
  • Assembling and welding vehicle frames
  • Using a torch set and other similar tools
  • Performing other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

Job requirements:

  • Diploma of vocational studies (DEP) in welding-assembly, or equivalent
  • Mastery of MIG (Metal Inert Gas) arc welding processes
  • Knowledge of assembly techniques
  • Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings and assembly instructions
  • Ability to communicate, work in a team and collaborate with others
  • Ability to adapt to production priorities
  • Methodical, analytical and able to digest lots of information
  • Autonomous and highly organized
